Meet beautiful Magic, a dainty 5-year-old Greyhound with the sweetest soul. Magic is a gentle, affectionate girl who loves being around people and has a lovely cheeky and playful side to her personality. She absolutely adores her toys and will happily throw them around, pounce on them and entertain herself, which is guaranteed to bring a smile to your face. Magic has had a sheltered life, having come from racing kennels, so she is still learning about the big wide world and everything that comes with being a pet. At times, she can become overwhelmed when out on walks, so her new family will need to start with quiet areas and give her the time and space she needs to gradually build her confidence. She does walk nicely on the lead, and, with patience and reassurance, we hope to see her become more comfortable and confident as she discovers all the wonderful things home life has to offer. As Magic is not used to the day-to-day life of a home, certain things will need to be introduced to her gradually. This could include teaching her to be comfortable at home alone, getting used to the daily routine and some toilet training. Magic could live with older children and would be happy to share her home with a large male sighthound. She is looking for a home without cats or small furries.
