Introducing Belle who is a 6 year old Lurcher and her best friend Ernie, a nearly 9 year old Labrador. Belle and Ernie arrived with us due to their previous owners change in circumstances. Since arriving at the centre, we noticed that Ernie had a chronic ear infection, which has now been treated and he is feeling much better for it, but his new owners will need to be happy to keep up with regular ear cleaning to prevent issues again. Belle and Ernie are very close, and Belle will often look to Ernie for reassurance when she gets worried in new situations as we have found her to be shy until she gets to know you. Ernie is a cheeky and confident lad who enjoys being made a fuss off. They will be looking for a home where they can enjoy their daily walks and at the end of the day have a nice comfy bed to curl up on, they could potentially live with teenagers, but would like to be the only pets so that they get your undivided attention, they would also be at their happiest having an owner around for a good part of the day as they enjoy the company.
