About Me

Meet Costa, our lovable little scamp with a heart of pure gold.

Costa is a 2-year-old male lurcher who came into our care as an unclaimed stray, so unfortunately we don’t know much about his early life. When the team at Lincoln Farm first met him, Costa was very underweight, lethargic and had injuries that desperately needed our attention. But it quickly became clear that beneath this fragile exterior was a gentle, affectionate soul who simply needed some TLC.

With time, care, and kindness, Costa has truly blossomed. Today he is a completely different dog, full of energy, growing confidence, and a renewed zest for life. He is now ready to start the next chapter of his journey with a loving forever family.

As a lurcher, Costa would not be suitable to live with cats or smaller furry pets. However, we feel he would thrive in a home with a calm, confident female sighthound companion who could help guide him, keep him grounded, and show him the ropes when it comes to playtime and social cues.

Costa absolutely adores people and is always thrilled to make new friends! His enthusiasm sometimes comes out as bouncy greetings and flying paws, so we feel he would be best suited to a home with older children who are comfortable sharing their space with a lively, affectionate dog.

Like many young dogs, Costa is still learning about the big wide world. He’s looking for a patient, committed family who have the time to continue his training, help him develop good manners, and support him as he settles into home life.

If you think you could offer Costa the loving home he deserves, please get in touch with the rehoming team at Lincoln Farm. He’s ready to steal some hearts, could one of them be yours?
