On the smaller side for a greyhound Miss Ruby is ready to take the world by storm and she can’t wait to meet her new family. Ruby is a 3-year-old ex-racing greyhound who came into our care when her racing career ended and is now very much embracing the luxuries that come with the pet lifestyle. She loves to snooze amongst her soft blankets and duvets and is very partial to some yummy treats or a squeaky toy! There are still a few things about the big wide world that Ruby is getting used to and she can find life outside of a kennel overwhelming sometimes, this can show up in her over excited behaviours on walks and being unsure of doggy etiquette inside the home. She is such a sweetheart who loves being around people, this means she can struggle when being left at home alone. Ruby will be best suited to a home where there are multiple adults who can ease her in to being confident in her own company. We are looking to match Ruby to a home who will shower her with patience and love as she adjusts to home life and will be happy to give her a helping hand with her toilet training too.
