Three year old Jose the Galgo . Apart from an initial enquiry , there have been no enquiries for Jose . He’s a little sad that nobody would like to give him a loving home as he’s such a sweet and handsome Senor who travelled to England with his little suitcase to find himself a loving home . Three year old Jose Galgo arrived in February after we were asked to take a stray Greyhound by dog wardens. He was only 22 kilos when he arrived and very underweight. He’s gained weight whilst in our care, has been neutered and has also had a full blood screen done which is negative for any foreign disease. Jose is now looking for a five star home. He really is the sweetest chap who loves children and he’s full of joie de vivre , life is good now and he lives to play and loves his toys . He’s been in a foster home since the end of March and has settled well , he will settle by himself for a couple of hours , sleeps through the night, has enjoyed a greyhound walk with 60 other dogs, he’s been to his local pub and he behaves wonderfully when he’s out and travelling in the car. Jose is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and flead and wormed. He can be homed both locally/nationally dependent on a successful homecheck
