Who ate all the pies? Probably Bear! This huge hunk of a greyhound used to race under the name Piemans Ace, and there’s no denying he loves his food! He’s a chunky chap with a mind of his own who will need a strong owner to help him continue adjusting to life outside the racetrack. A total lovebug, he is really affectionate and will lean right in to you – when he’s not mugging you for treats! Bear can lack confidence in new situations, so will need time and patience, as well as a quiet home, in order to learn the domestic ropes.
Five-year-old Bear is a handsome chap who’s sure to turn heads in public. He’s learning to socialise with smaller breeds, but will need to be muzzled when out and about, with a firm hand on the lead. He gets on well with other sighthounds, and could live with large dogs. He can be a little clumsy, so would be better off in a family with older children. Big Bear has a heart to match his physique – will you give this lovely boy the chance of a new life?
