Meet Marley, the handsomest hound in town. This beautiful saluki-cross boy is sure to turn heads, and make anyone walking with him glow with pride. He walks confidently on the lead, and his regal demeanour is a joy to behold.
Marley was a working dog who was handed in to a rescue, but he’s adapted quickly to our home from home cabin and is clean and comfortable inside. He did counter surf in the kitchen though! He is happy to interact with other dogs, and could live with another calm, sensible dog. But what he really loves is people – fuss, affection and ear-rubs are his thing!
This lovely lad will do best with someone who is home a lot, as he doesn’t like to be left alone. He has shown some separation anxiety when he went home for a while: a mature canine companion could help with this, along with positive separation training. He’s fond of toys, but isn’t sure about playing with other dogs, so will need some of his own! Could you make Marley’s hard past a distant memory, and give him a loving home to make his own?
