Sweet Sienna raced in Wales under the name Toystory Jenny, but her life has been no fairytale. She was given up by her owner after she broke her leg on the track – the injury was so bad she had to undergo an immediate amputation. This brave girl has now recovered from her operation and is living in a foster home while she waits for her forever family. She’s coping really well with being a tripod, and loves to play with her foster siblings – at just five years old, she has plenty of time to adjust to life on three legs.
Sienna was very shy when she first came to us, was nervous of new people and would spend a lot of time hiding in her safe place. Since she has moved to a home with other dogs, she has grown in confidence, and is now really playful. She would be best homed with a canine pal or two, and she could live with small breeds, pending introductions. Sienna’s learnt to love her food, and is always first in line at feeding time! She is happy to share her toys – and will always bring one with her when she comes to greet you!
Because she is still a bit cautious, Sienna needs to be in a adult-only home or one with older children, where she can have a quiet space of her own, and peaceful places to walk. Non-slip floors would also be useful while she finds her three feet! Will you give this beautiful girl a second chance at life, and show her how wonderful it can be?
