About Me

Tank is a beautiful 14 month old English Bull Terrier x Greyhound boy who is now ready to find his new home.

This lad is typically bully in nature and is a little happy livewire who is a joy to be around but can naturally be quite strong willed at times. Tank would be best suited to being an only dog with experienced dog owners who have the time and energy to invest into his settling and with someone around all or most of the time. If he were to be rehomed with another dog it would most definitely need to be a steady female who is capable of handling and playing with a big strong young dog but also willing to tell him enough is enough. Tank in the main walks well out and about he does like to have a pull at the end of the lead but is extremely receptive and highly trainable. He just wants to please you. He will have the occasional bark at other dogs but this is more in excitement and frustration as he wants to go and say hello. However he still needs work on his manners. We feel he would really benefit from a home willing to take him to basic training classes to help him focus more on his new owner as opposed to everything else going on around him. Tank can not be rehomed with cats or small furries and due to his busy nature we feel dog savy children 10 years and upwards would be best as he can occasionally be the proverbial bull in a China shop.

We all adore this lad here at kennels, he is always happy, always looking for something to do and always a willing playmate or walking buddy to anyone including strangers. He just loves people. Tank really is a smart little dog both in looks and nature!

Tank is vaccinated, kc vaccinated, de flead, de wormed, microchipped, castrated and has received a dental.

Tank is currently in Stoke on Trent but can be rehomed nationally subject to a successful homevisit being carried out and all members of the immediate family including any resident dogs being willing to travel to meet him.
