About Me

Our lovely Ned is now ready to find a new home and what a wonderful sweet and laid back boy this big black 3 year old greyhound is! Ned really is a happy go lucky boy who never really looks like he is ever thinking about much! I don't think to be honest he does, he is just happy going about his business and having a nice life.

Ned is typically greyhound in the fact that if he is not out and about or enjoying our company he is to be found flat out on his back in his bed! He just loves bed, sleeping and chilling out. We feel Ned could easily be rehomed as an only dog if the family were to take a week off work when adopting him to work with us to settle him and equally could be rehomed with a female greyhound. Out and about on walks he is still a little bit switched on where other breeds are concerned but he doesn't really understand them yet so any new family would need to commit to sensibly walking him on lead and with a muzzle whilst he is gently socialised around others. Ned is NOT cat friendly but can be rehomed with dog savy children 6 years and upwards and we feel he would be fine in a sensible first time greyhound owners home.

Ned is currently in Stoke on Trent but can be rehomed nationally subject to a successful homevisit and all members of the immediate family and any resident dogs being willing to travel to meet with him.

If you are interested in offering a home to our big daft lad please in the first instance complete the pre adoption form below
