Xena is a beautiful 3 year old smooth saluki cross girl. Xena is a bit of an odd saluki in that she is highly trainable and loves training. And whilst she is a bit reactive to other dogs when on lead she has made some astonishing progress thanks to her foster mum and is easily distracted and able to focus on some tasty treats. So is learning that other dogs = yes please! She can have the tendency to resource guard but again is receiving lots of positive training with this. She really is a very affectionate girl and enjoys a fuss. She recently supported us at our fun show and was impeccable and coped so well. Very proud moment for her foster mum and us. Xena would like to find a calm home with no children, she could be an only dog or live with another hound, she prefers males. She cannot be homed with cats. She would like to find someone who will enjoy training her as she loves it so much, she can already do sit, down, come, wait, stay and heel. She would also like lots of belly rubs but does not like to be disturbed when sleeping as it really startles her. Rest assured Xena is one very talented girl. She is spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, totally clean in the house and quiet. In foster in Kent.
