Bezzer is a 2 year old male greyhound who joined us recently from another rescue. They felt Bezzer was shutting down in his kennels and also worried he may be showing a little reactivity towards other male dogs. Here at Greyhound Gap he could not be anymore different if he tried. He is a full on loon and probably the best behaved steadiest boy we have in our kennels and he makes us howl with laughter everyday!
Bezzer is a clown. He is quite self contained so we feel would be more than happy as an only dog. We tried to kennel him yesterday with a bitch and he looked horrified and sat in his bed crying! I swear we have never seen anything more ridiculous he looked like he had been sent to his death. Mags actually stood at the door to her kennel looking at us as if to say whatever the hell that is you have just put into my kennel please take him out, the chimp noises are just to perplexing! That said though we are sure once he got over the indignity of females in his space he could happily live with one!
Bezzer loves people, he loves walks, he loves running and he loves digging at the back of your legs and bum cheeks with his ridiculous paws! He loves spinning in the paddock, cartwheeling and just generally showing off. He is honestly the most silly dog alive. We do feel young children may be too much for Bezzer and he would prefer a home with children 10 plus he may not be perplexed by his wonderfully dippy persona.
We are all going to be heartbroken to see him go but he really is a ready made greyhound for some wonderful family. Bezzer is spotlessly clean, travels like a dream and walks like an angel. He can not though be rehomed with cats.
Bezzer is vaccinated, kc vaccinated, de flead, de wormed, microchipped and castrated. He is currently in Stoke on Trent.
