Poor lurcher Tip ( whippet/staffy?) has has a dreadful start to his young life. We have been told that his rescuer saved him from someone who planned to torture him as badger bait and then shoot him. Tip is now safe in a short term foster home, but his carer has found that her own dog will not accept having Tip in the house, so he has to live in a kennel in the garden. Although Tip's fosterer takes him out for walks every day he is unhappy when he is alone in his kennel, so he urgently needs to find a permanent home where he will live indoors and will have human company and maybe the company of another dog. Tip is a lively boy and really friendly and good natured. He is very clean in his kennel, so house training him should be no problem. Tip needs to find him a new home in the next few weeks as his fosterer is moving to a much smaller property. Tip is in SW Cumbria but his fosterer, Julie, will gladly travel for the right home for him. All home offers will be vetted. If you may be able to give Tip a home, please ring Julie on 01229 716498. Any adoption agreement will be between the fosterer and Tip's new owner.
